Plan de ordenamiento territorial y su incidencia en el desarrollo del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado, de la Parroquia Rural San Pablo de Atenas, cantón San Miguel, provincia Bolívar, año 2023

The PDOT Development and Land Management Plan is the development planning instrument of the different levels of government. According to articles 66 and 70 of the Organic Code of Territorial Organization, Autonomy and Decentralization COOTAD, it describes that it is the responsibility of the president of the parish GAD to direct the update of the PDOT, carry out periodic monitoring of the goals proposed in their plans and evaluate their compliance to establish corrections or modifications that are required. The objective of the research is to determine through the Land Management Plans the incidence in the Development of the Decentralized Autonomous Government, of the Rural Parish of San Pablo de Atenas, San Miguel Canton, Bolívar Province, in the years 2011 - 2023, the descriptive method was applied., was supported with the technique of interviewing the presidents who were from the rural parochial GAD and citizen surveys. Several of the projects have different phases of execution and lack sustainability, the need arises to verify compliance with the plans, projects, and activities that appear in the PDOT.
