總結:The objective of the study was to evaluate through the TEAMS virtual platform to what extent the promotion of dance-therapy affects the continuous practice of physical activities in the home of the students of the “San Pablo” High School. For this reason, it was presented from an approach with mixed characteristics when registering qualitative and quantitative data, contrasted with a quasi-experimental design. In the same way, the research applied the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) to a population of 20 students between 15 and 17 years old. The research according to its main results determined that the students presented improvement in their levels of physical activity, establishing the effectiveness of dance-therapy in the students. According to the levels of the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ), after the second application of the IPAQ questionnaire, four students are at the high or ideal level, 10 students at the medium level and 6 students at the low level of physical activity. Similarly, it was verified with the Wilcoxon non-parametric test for related samples obtaining a value of 0.000 where it indicates that when obtaining a value below the range with Wilcoxon signs (p value> 0.05) the null hypothesis is rejects and affirms the alternative hypothesis. That is, the dance-therapy routines helped the continuous practice of physical activities in the home of the students of the “San Pablo” High School
