| Περίληψη: | The Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government of San Miguel de Bolívar is the institution in charge of the local administration and management of the territory. Its fundamental purpose is to promote the comprehensive development and well-being of the population. The reason for being of this entity is to continually improve the quality of life of the inhabitants of the canton, through efficient, participatory and transparent public management. The objective of this research is to design a training and training plan to enhance the work skills of public servants of the Municipal of San Miguel de Bolívar, with the diagnosis of staff training needs, through surveys and interviews. Subsequently, an analysis is carried out of the key skills required for public servants to perform their functions efficiently. Based on the results obtained, a training and training program is designed for the development of job skills, seeking to strengthen the challenges faced by public servants and improve the quality of the services provided to citizens, as well as the Effective compliance with the institutional objectives of the Municipal GAD. |
