添加標簽 | 總結: | The present work is carried out with the purpose of knowing if the financial management affects the investment portfolio of the “Sumak Samy” Ltda. Savings and Credit Cooperative, Agency Guaranda that has 698 members that performs services such as fundraising and placement of resources financial of the partners and clients, is regulated by the law of Popular and Solidarity Economy. The staff of the cooperative does not have sufficient knowledge of a financial management that allows its growth, and that contributes to better decision making. In the present investigation the inductive method was applied which helped to regulate starting from several observations in the field of investigation of the particular to the general and the deductive method which allowed to analyze the theory of financial management and portfolio of investments within the entity . Within the investigation techniques, the survey was applied to the active members of the cooperative and the interview with the Head of the agency, which were analyzed and subsequently interpreted, revealing that there is ignorance about financial management, and that the members do not know Of the same. Due to the weakness found, a performance management model is collaborated, which will help the staff to analyze the financial operations that will be useful for making good decisions, it is also important to make the members known because they are an essential part of the cooperative.
