Resumo:Corporate identity is one of the most important factors of any company that is within the world market and at the national level it is no exception, because it makes up the most essential part of the corporation, since it is the visible face if it can be classified as such, in relation to the general public and in this way they will perceive it in a correct way or in a bad way, depending on its composition and care given to it. An in-depth investigation was carried out in search of finding negative and positive factors surrounding the microenterprise, mainly related to marketing issues, to determine the strategies most in line with the needs it presents and optimize its resources. Finally, we were able to show the great shortcomings and deficiencies that they present within the commercial and marketing environment, therefore, the strategies have been established in order to improve their commercial and corporate capabilities, therefore, it is recommended that they be implemented in a practical way. what has been reflected within this document in a theoretical manner.
