Gestión administrativa y financiera para los GAD’S parroquiales del cantón Guaranda, año 2015

This graduation work is the development of a guide to administrative and financial management for GAD's parish of Canton Guaranda, Bolivar province. The main objective is to deliver the GAD's parish of Canton Guaranda, online administrative and financial management with relevant information from the public administration and its competence in general, more specifically as driving laws, rules and regulations for better management. Guides decisions that the officer must take the administrative process that occur when implementing their functions. It is important to note that the primary data were collected directly in each parish GAD belonging to Canton Guaranda, by the person in charge of this investigation. For which conducted a series of interviews and surveys both the officials and the people of the parishes. The graduation work consists of three chapters. Chapter one describes in full to the GAD's parish of Canton Guaranda to know the object under study, their strengths and weaknesses to meet the challenge. Chapter two describes the analysis and interpretation of the results of the population, in calculating the sample applied in the study with their conclusions and recommendations. Chapter three describes the technical support of the proposal according to their characteristics and development of the same, with its operational planning showing the result of research with appropriate conclusions and recommendations issued by the research of the topic.
