| Riassunto: | The development of this research project will allow us to know the labor reality of workers with disabilities who work in the decentralized autonomous government of the Bolívar province, emphasizing the contractual modality that binds them to the institution and verifying if the guarantee of labor stability that the law enshrines in favor of this vulnerable group. When referring to job stability for several years, it is evolving throughout the country, and different types and modalities of contracts have been generated, the same ones that are established by the "Labor Code", it should be noted that currently there is the Indefinite Contract as a mechanism to guarantee continuity of work for workers with or without special disabilities. When talking about people with disabilities, mention is made of those people who suffer from some impediment, whether physical or mental, that allows them to develop freely in any activity and this condition makes them a priority care group, the same as that established in the "Constitution of Ecuador" which establishes the following: "Art. 35.- Older adults, girls, boys and adolescents, pregnant women, people with disabilities, people deprived of their liberty and those who suffer from catastrophic or highly complex diseases, will receive priority and specialized care in the public and private spheres. The same priority attention will be given to people at risk, victims of domestic and sexual violence, child abuse, natural or man-made disasters. The State will provide special protection to people in a condition of double vulnerability.” (Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, 2008) 5 For this reason, these people have job stability within the public sector, in addition, within public and private institutions there is a percentage established in the law on the labor inclusion of people with disabilities, which is not respected, in some institutions, whether they are public or private, for this reason it is necessary to ensure that people with disabilities enjoy the right to work without any discrimination. In addition, within this research project, basic concepts will be studied to help the understanding of this topic in question, it will also be known what are the contracting modalities that are given to a person with disabilities, but above all the laws and regulations that protect their constitutional rights. When talking about job stability, mention is made of the permanent job that is provided to a worker and even more if it is a person with disabilities, it is worth mentioning that for the development of this research project the systematic and dogmatic methodology will be used, the same one that we It will help support all research based on standards, laws and doctrines.
