| Resumo: | This study focused on the implementation of a gamified training approach applied to a group of eighth and ninth grade swimmers in the "Combatientes de Tapi" Educational Unit in the city of Riobamba, addressing problems of lack of interest, safety, balance, motor skills, due to obsolete and monotonous teaching methodologies in swimming classes that affected the development of students' motor skills. The purpose of this gamified approach was to improve both the physical fitness and motivation of participants, providing a more engaging and effective learning experience. The results obtained throughout this study and application of the fluctuating method, based on the coach's experience, which is defined in the scientific methodology. of indicators were highly satisfactory. These indicators demonstrated that gamified training had a positive impact on the development of physical condition that is resistance, speed, flexibility, strength, results that motivated both participants and trainers to use this innovative training method. |
