El trabajo informal como alternativa laboral para combatir el desempleo en la ciudad de Guaranda, en el primer semestre del año 2022.

The Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador considers work as a right and a social duty, an economic right, a source of personal fulfillment and the basis of the national economy, as well as the Magna Carta stipulates that the State guarantees the right to work, recognizing all the modalities of work, both those that refer to jobs in a dependency relationship as well as autonomous jobs, including self-sustenance and human care tasks as productive social sectors, to which all workers dedicate themselves. The constitutional norm also establishes the prohibition of all forms of labor precariousness such as intermediation and outsourcing in the company's own and habitual activities. Faced with this legal reality, the need for people to have a daily livelihood has made them seek way of working, of producing, of generating income, generating a great wave of informal work as an alternative to the serious employment crisis that is affecting Ecuador. With this research work I deal with a very important topic in terms of social and labor tasks, such as the application of informal work as a labor alternative to combat unemployment in the city of Guaranda in the first semester of the year 2022. This investigative work was carried out with all the procedures required to identify and systematize the incidence of the problem, although it is true that this issue is addressed as a subject of study in the Law degree, it is no less true that the issue is of great importance in forums of economics and social sciences, where this topic of national importance is discussed within the academy. In this context, the investigation begins with the background, the same ones that allow me to identify the existence of the problem of the legal order in the workplace, since, as I mentioned before, the same constitutional norm guarantees all types of work, including self-employment. The problem of this research is to determine how informal work in recent years has become a valid alternative for people's subsistence and a mechanism to mitigate unemployment and underemployment. The present investigation is fully justified since I clearly highlight the importance, relevance, originality, feasibility and the need to address a legal and social problem that 15 has a great impact and therefore social repercussion, because according to this They have raised the objectives aimed at showing the importance of informal work activity as an alternative to combat unemployment, in order to explain the existing legal gaps in our legislation to regulate informal work and carrying out an analysis of the legal reality of workers. informal meetings in the city of Guaranda, guiding us towards a possible solution to the problem. In addition, the research has a high degree of reliability and execution, since it has scope and measurement in the verification of the hypothesis, which allowed us to identify the variables. Constituting the basic structure for the development of the theoretical framework, where the scientific, doctrinal theory on the research topic is collected. For which a mixed methodology of qualitative and quantitative analysis was proposed. Qualitative because a legal problem is addressed, characterized by the predominance of theoretical methods, and quantitative because I apply empirical methods to collect information. The selection of the universe and sampling and the corresponding relationship that, with the survey applied to the subjects involved, which will allow me to carry out the analysis and interpretation of results, the verification of the hypothesis, the discussion to present the conclusions and recommendations of the job.
