The degree work consists of a mixed descriptive and field approach, using qualitative and quantitative methodologies, the areas susceptible to landslides are identified by applying the MOHR – COULOMB law methodology in which factors such as: density are taken into account. and ground angle in order to know the critical zones with chronic, very high, high, medium, low and stable characteristics of the study road. Through the GEO 5 software, the calculation of stable or unstable slopes is determined according to the results obtained in the investigation. To obtain the results of the degree of vulnerability of the exposed elements, the methodology of (UNDP; SNGR, 2011) was considered in order to evaluate the road system, drinking water and the electrical system, obtaining low levels. Regarding risk reduction measures, structural measures were established such as: the construction of retaining walls, reduction of the slope, construction of berms and non- structural measures such as: application of current regulations, including signage on the road, institutional strengthening, apply actions regarding the exposed elements.Keyworkds: SLIDES, VULNERABILITY, THREAT, ROAD NETWORK, REDUCTION MEASURES, RISK |

El trabajo de titulación consta de un enfoque mixto tipo descriptivo y de campo, utilizando metodologías cualitativas y cuantitativas, se identifica las zonas susceptibles a deslizamientos aplicando la metodología de la ley de MOHR – COULOMB en el cual se toma en cuenta los factores como: densidad y ángulo de fricción del suelo con el fin de conocer las zonas críticas con característica: crónica, muy alta, alta, media, baja y estable de la vía de estudio. A través del software GEO 5 se determina el cálculo de pendientes estables o inestables acorde a los resultados obtenidos en la investigación. Para la obtención de los resultados del grado de vulnerabilidad de los elementos expuestos se consideró la metodología del (PNUD & SNGR, 2011) con la finalidad de evaluar el sistema vial, agua potable y el sistema eléctrico obteniendo niveles bajos. En cuanto a las medidas de reducción de riesgos se estableció medidas estructurales como: la construcción de muros de contención, disminución de la pendiente, construcción de bermas y medidas no estructurales como: aplicación de normativas vigentes, incluir señalética en la vía, fortalecimiento institucional, aplicar acciones en cuanto a los elementos expuestos.Palabras: DESLIZAMIENTOS, VULNERABILIDAD, AMENAZA, RED VIAL, MEDIDAS DE REDUCCIÓN, RIESGOUniversidad Estatal de Bolívar.
