Caracterización del uso de suelo en la parroquia Santa Fe, provincia Bolívar

The present work of investigation, identification and use of soil in the different areas of the central zone of Santa Fé Parish. Taking into account that the current technological tools for georeferencing and digital data capture allow us a broad management of the records of the attributes of the territory; and the lack of information on the zoning and land use planning in the locality have been limited more efficient planning processes, they set out as objectives: to characterize and identify the use of land, generate thematic maps and have a geographic information system about the characters and attributes of the study area. For the recording of the data, global positioning systems are used, browser type (GPS map-Garmin 60csx) and remote Drone type sensors, with which geographical position points and images of the territory were generated for the construction of geodatabases, with the The geographic information system for the generation of land use thematic maps as results shows eight thematic maps that characterize and identify the use of these soils. Concluding, the activities that are shown within the central zone of the Santa Fe parish, are characterized by the components: area with agricultural activities 70.48%; area with livestock activities 1.93%; natural area or not intervened 0.92%; area with forestry activity 20.71%; and area with housing 5.97%. In addition, there is a multimedia project.
