| סיכום: | This research work have as aims to develop a marketing plan for the strengthening of the hotel chain of Cauton Guaranda, Bolivar Province for the year 2018. In the first instance the current situation of the hotel sector was determined and by means of a previous analysis it came to the conclusión that is unknown of the different tolos of marketing, that is because through the realization of a hotel marketing plan the strategies are presented to help strengthen ,energize, and boost the economy of establishments. Guaranda is considered as one of the cities with the greatest affluence for its tourist attractions and festivities, such as carnival, and other religions activitees, as it hosts thour ands of tourist, marking use of marketing mix and generating strategies for each of the components (product, Price, square, promotion) they helped to generate a proposal with strategies for the companies of the sector ,for the purpose of looking for the improvement, position and growth of the market ,focused in solving and giving fulfillment of all the strategies actions , so that economic associate is applied by the ocuners of the hotels, like a tool for the development.
