The application of the interview was directed towards the three directors, after making a structured observation of Light Transport Company "Lord of Good Fortune" C. A., which provided us with important information such as, lack of knowledge about the management and administration of financial resources of the same, which it was necessary to conduct this research, while proposing the implementation of an accounting system that allows them to properly manage their resources. The proposal consists of the implementation of a model accounting system in the Transport Company "Lord of Good Fortune" C. A. Parish of the Assumption, with its proper accounting policies, chart of accounts, dynamic analysis, book formats, and implementation of accounting system in a period of one month and the results presented in the same period. Implementation of this accounting system will help to record your daily transactions made, as well as providing reliable and timely information that reveals the economic situation of the Company, and so managers can make better decisions and provide financial reports to the Inspectorate of Companies. |

A., no cuenta con un sistema contable que le permita controlar los ingresos y egresos de sus recursos económicos y así establecer de manera clara y transparente cual es la verdadera situación económica de la misma; por tal motivo se hizo necesario realizar el presente trabajo de investigación en el que utilizamos los métodos: histórico comparado y el método descriptivo; las técnicas para la obtención de datos como: la entrevista y la observación; los tipos de investigación: descriptiva, explicativa y propositiva. La aplicación de la entrevista fue dirigida hacia los tres directivos, luego de haber realizado una observación estructurada, de la Compañía de Transportes Livianos “Señor del Buen Suceso” C. A., donde nos facilitaron información importante como, el desconocimiento sobre el manejo y administración de los recursos económicos de la misma, lo cual se hizo necesario realizar esta investigación, y a la vez proponer la implementación de un sistema contable que les permita manejar adecuadamente sus recursos. La propuesta está constituida por la implementación de un modelo Sistema Contable en la Compañía de Transportes “Señor del Buen Suceso” C. A. de la Parroquia La Asunción, con sus debidas políticas contables, plan de cuentas, dinámica de cuentas, formatos de libros, y la aplicación del sistema contable en un periodo de un mes y la presentación de resultados en el mismo periodo. La Implementación de este Sistema Contable ayudará al registro de sus transacciones diarias efectuadas, así como también a suministrar información confiable y oportuna, que revele la situación económica de la Compañía, y de esta manera los Directivos puedan tomar las mejores decisiones y presentar los reportes financieros a la Intendencia de Compañías.Universidad Estatal de Bolívar.
