To address this issue, a comprehensive web system was developed to automate these processes, enable information centralization, and improve operational control. For its implementation, the agile Scrum methodology was employed, structured in iterative sprints, allowing for progressive delivery of functionalities and constant adaptation to project requirements, which were identified through interviews, direct observation, and document analysis. The solution was developed using the CodeIgniter framework based on a Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture, incorporating technologies such as PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the MariaDB database management system. This approach ensured a modular, maintainable, and secure structure. Functional, performance, security, and usability tests confirmed compliance with the established objectives, demonstrating significant improvements in the efficiency of administrative processes. |
