| Shrnutí: | In this research work we carried out the performance evaluation model by competence, aimed at the human talent department in the confectionery company “El Salinerito”, in order to provide a contribution to the organization. The reason for selecting the research topic was to know that the company did not have an adequate evaluation model for the personnel, since the evaluation model by competence has the adequate tool to know the aptitudes, attitudes and skills of each one of the employers, and thus achieving the fulfillment of the organization's objectives. In response to this problem we propose a model of performance evaluation by competence, aimed at the human talent department, which allows to go towards the same institutional objective, seeking excellence within the company. The company is located in the Salinas parish, in the Guaranda canton, Bolivar Province, named after the salt mines that exist in this area and which is the only one in the beginning of work for the population. |
