Incidencia de la gestión administrativa y financiera de la Asociación de Productores Agrícolas “6 de Marzo” y su incidencia en el desarrollo socio económico del recinto San Pedro del cantón las Naves, provincia Bolívar año 2016

The present project consists of the design of an administrative and financial management methodology for the Agricultural Producers' Association "6 de Marzo", which is aimed at ensuring that the activities carried out in the association are carried out efficiently and effectively . This management methodology consists of two parts: administrative management and financial management. The first includes the formulation of the mission, vision, policies, values, institutional image design, technology, communication and training that help strengthen and improve institutions; The second includes aspects such as the design of the financial statements, which have the purpose of formalizing the financial component. The formalization of the administrative and financial part of the Association of Agricultural Producers "6 of March", will benefit the management carried out by the directive in order to obtain a better relation with the state entities, private entities, local authorities, the same that will be seen Reflected in the benefits that can be obtained from them, and which will have a significant impact on the socio-economic development of the members of the association and therefore of the inhabitants of San Pedro.
