Προσθήκη ετικέτας | Περίληψη: | This research project on the Analysis of Financial Management to measure the efficiency and effectiveness in the Administration of Resources of the San Miguel de Bolívar Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government, period 2017 - 2018, is very important, because Financial Management helps Verify all the processes that are planned and executed within the Financial Department, by contributing with the indicators of liquidity, management, solvency and activity, which are very helpful for making sound decisions regarding the financial field thus facilitating the optimization of Financial Management and adequate control of the Institution. The development of the research contributed to the fulfillment of the proposed objectives allowing to detect the financial situation of the Entity, with the use of analytical procedures, information was obtained on the Financial Management of the GAD, the development of the topic began by applying vertical and horizontal analyzes and indicators financial; whose results helped to measure and interpret the increases and decreases that occurred from one year to the next, presented in tables, tables and graphs to have a better understanding and interpretation of the State of Financial Situation and Economic Status. The results of the research work show some shortcomings on the part of the Municipality regarding the budget execution capacity in the 2 years which leads to not having a good financial management since the entire planned budget has not been executed, which goes against good fiscal responsibility policies; The level of indebtedness is in a favorable situation, which highlights that the Municipality has the capacity to fulfill its obligations with the public and private sector.
