Influencia de un sistema informático para el registro y control de proyectos de vinculación en la facultad de ciencias administrativas, gestión empresarial e informática de la universidad estatal de Bolívar

The present research project seeks to determine the Influence of a Computer System for the Registration and Control of Linkage Projects in the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Business Management and Computing of the Bolivar State University. Through its different careers, the Bolivar State University develops and executes linking projects that are born from the social needs of our province, following the research lines, prior to their approval, these transit through different dependencies: liaison department, financial department, Board of Directors and University Council who are responsible for reviewing the documentation submitted, which must comply with the rules established in the institution for approval and subsequent execution. To solve the problem, an analysis was made of the current situation of the processes being carried out, finding as main participants the director and secretary of the liaison department, general coordinator, tutors and students of the Faculty. A computer system was implemented for the registration and control of linkage programs and projects, applying software engineering throughout the development, using free software tools, worked under the framework established by the institution for the development of computer applications in the Academic management area, offering a support tool for the management of linking projects.
