Factores críticos que inciden en la sostenibilidad de los emprendimientos del cantón Antonio Ante, provincia de Imbabura, año 2021.

This research is focused on the identification of the critical factors that affect the sustainability of the enterprises of the Antonio Ante city, Imbabura province, which tend to be restrictive for the proper development of the businesses. After the compilation and analysis of various studies related to this, the methodology used, and the analysis and interpretation of data obtained through the survey technique, it was identified that the critical factors with the greatest incidence in the sustainability of the enterprises from the city focus on the entrepreneur's lack of preparation and knowledge to manage the business; excessive government taxes, laws and regulations; personal reasons (stress, family problems, among others); poor support from local authorities, and; events in nature (COVID-19 pandemic). The latter highlights the importance of having a good level of training in business matters to make the right decisions adapting to the different events that may occur in the environment. With the purpose of solving the research problem, certain strategies have been proposed aimed at strengthening the sustainability of the undertakings of the Antonio Ante city, in this way it seeks to counteract or minimize the closure of businesses, and thereby improve the quality of life of the population.
