| סיכום: | The study titled "The organizational climate in the work performance of the administrative staff of the Savings and Credit Cooperative 'El Sagrario LTDA' in the Bolívar Province, Guaranda Canton, year 2024" analyzes the relationship between the work climate and the performance of the employees. administrative employees in said cooperative. Factors such as internal communication, leadership, organizational culture and the general work environment are examined to determine their impact on staff productivity and job satisfaction. The results of this study will provide valuable information to improve working conditions and employee performance in the cooperative. Our research is guided towards the knowledge of interpersonal and intrapersonal relationships, which determine the aspects related to the performance and development of the work group, in addition, it allows us to analyze individual and personal performance, which is reflected in the actions and behaviors of each individual. The present study will determine if the existing organizational climate within a company directly influences the job performance of each of the workers. The conclusions that we can reach through our research regarding the study of the organizational climate in the work performance of administrative staff will allow us to identify relevant aspects within it such as effective communication, participatory leadership, teamwork, recognition of employees, among others. |
