إضافة وسم | الملخص: | The purpose of this project is to search for and delve into the relevance of the study on the impact of training programs on occupational health and safety (OHS) in the company Globeco Latam Ambato. And to be able to analyze and identify the main ideas that stand out when proposing or implementing a training plan, as well as what impact it has within an organization in order to reduce work accidents and ergonomic risks that in the long run can end in occupational diseases. All this will be done taking into account qualitative and quantitative approaches, which we will obtain through information gathering methods such as surveys, interviews and observation methods, this will allow us to have a clearer focus, and to be able to identify some deficiencies or needs on aspects of occupational safety and prevention of occupational risks both in the administrative and operational areas of the company. It also aims to emphasize the importance of promoting a culture of prevention through training and the commitment of workers, promoting a culture of learning and trust, suggesting possible strategies for improvement in the prevention of occupational risks, the impact of training and its importance in having a more productive and safe organizational culture.
