要約:The present investigation had to determine how organizational development contributes to the business strengthening of FUNORSAL, for which it was necessary to start with a description of the problem, which helped to formulate, justify and set study objectives. Consecutively, the theoretical framework, conceptual framework and legal framework were proposed that allowed deepening the study of the variables raised. Next, it was necessary to establish the study methodology, which was descriptive, correlational, field and bibliographic with a quantitative and qualitative approach, the information was obtained through the application of an on-site interview and surveys applied to the employees of the organization. The results reflected the lack of important factors of organizational development that do not allow the strengthening of the organization. The statistical method used to verify the hypothesis was Spearman's correlation present in the statistical software SPSS, the same that allowed accepting the alternative hypothesis with significance values less than 0.000. Finally, the proposal for the implementation of organizational development strategies focused on strengthening the organization is presented.
