Etiketle | Özet: | The research presented is based on the study of the rights of children and adolescents; the right to food, nature and recognition in Ecuadorian legislation; real constraints since these are not sanctions but legal mechanisms to obtain compliance with an obligation. The main objective of the work is to determine a uniform criterion for the application of the pressure measures in the matter of food, and regarding the subject the real pressures and these are applied jointly or individually of the personal pressures since both go hand in hand. when the obligor does not demonstrate in a justified way his inability to comply with the payment of pensions owed, protecting the rights of the person being fed. The methodology used is of a quantitative type, which has allowed the analysis of variables such as the procedural norms that contain the real constraints in the case of food; the analysis of the jurisprudence on its nature, and the surveys carried out to the experts in the field of childhood and adolescence, regarding issues such as the application of real enforcement measures and the protection of the rights of the parties. The personal and real pressures are a provision of the judicial body requested by request of the person who maintains the guardianship of the minor or adolescent under 18 years of age, if it is shown that he studies until the age of 21 or if he has a disability, it is for life . In order to comply with the obligation to pay alimony, guaranteeing the principle of best interest signed in international treaties or conventions and in our legal system.
