The objective of the development of the research work prior to the titling procedure is to make known the importance and legal and social influence of the inhabitants of the community of Casipamba the full exercise of their collective rights, specifically in the logical sense of maintaining, strengthening and freely develop their identity along with dignity, allowing the empowerment of belonging in the development of the Pambamesa as an active and daily part in the celebration of ancestral traditions such as the Inty Raymi, the Pawkar Raymi; focused on respect, compliance and monitoring of the constitutional norm such as access to good living, aspects that contribute to the different forms of social organization, with the purpose of improving their level of culture, considered this as the fundamental basis of development. of the towns. In this research, the analytical method was used, given that it will start from the same conception of good living and how it is related to the figure of Pambamesa, therefore, to learn about this relationship closely, the survey technique was used in the inhabitants. of the community of Casipamba, Gabriel Ignacio de Veintimilla parish of the Guaranda Canton. The analytical and synthetic method was used, the types of research: descriptive, field techniques and data collection instruments: survey, in addition to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.
