Тойм:The present research corresponds to the urgent need to give importance to the educational process, through the need for proper implementation of ethical and moral values to students in the seventh year of basic education in the School "Gustavo LemosGuaranda City, Bolivar Province, during the 2010-2011 school year. The problem how to influence the correct application of moral and ethical values in the educational process, is an issue that should concern us all we have to do with education, that is, authorities, teachers, parents and society general, with the aim of finding the integral development of youth. In the first chapter outlines the theoretical framework in regard to models of ethical and moral values with this will encourage students and teachers develop creative skills and help resolve problems that arise in everyday life and primarily for the educational process. The authors share great confidence in the ability and willingness of educators to exert a positive influence on the minds and hearts of young people and to achieve the transformation that society demands. I am convinced that the teacher and the teacher can only find meaning and satisfaction in their daily activities, beyond the lack of resources and the difficulties they face, to the extent that share a hopeful vision of the business of educating as a driving force behind the development of young people, first, indispensable platform for improving the educational process and the transformation of society. Chapter II details the methodological procedures, taken for the development of research, population and sample, and the methods, techniques and instruments selected in a clear and justified. Chapter III provides an analysis of the results of research surveys and interviews with those involved in the problem, it also includes the conclusions and recommendations. In Chapter IV I propose a directory of ethical and moral values, we can apply in education with students of the School Gustavo Lemos considered useful for application in the field of education and social development of students, which hold a large interest in each youth who embodies the knowledge and thus create science. Whom we do the hard work of teachers should not forget that we are human beings like we need to link students through ethical values, which give way to creativity in mind and be found in the training process, and that not only leaves the house education, culture and values, also the institution where we are every day.
