Incidencia en la nueva modalidad de contratación para jóvenes en el Mercado en San Miguel de Bolívar, año 2021.

In the present research project, the incidence of the new hiring modality for young people within the labor market of the San Miguel Canton, Bolívar Province is analyzed. This new youth work contract is established in article 34.1 of the Labor Code, which exclusively It applies to young people who are between the ages of 18 and 26. Accessing a job today has become a primary need, given the lack of job opportunities, where youth is the most affected by the rise in unemployment where there are many factors that influence young people to access the labor market, Despite the fact that the State has developed actions to eliminate unemployment, this crisis is increasingly far from over, due to the economic instability in which the country finds itself, which has prevented a large number of unemployed young people from accessing a job decent so they can cover their basic needs. The research was developed under the quantitative methodology, which allowed to determine the incidence of the new contractual modality for young people in the labor market of the Canton San Miguel, among the types of research, bibliographic research, field research and legal research were used. which allowed us to analyze the applicable regulations in youth recruitment, as a research technique the survey was applied through a questionnaire with which information was obtained,which was interpreted and finally the pertinent conclusions and recommendations were made.
