Aggiungi Tag | Riassunto: | The following investigation project titled; "Clinical practice guide for pre-eclamptic patients, gynecology service, Hospital Alfredo Noboa Montenegro, May 2016- May 2017" with the objective of evaluating the application of the clinical practice guide for pre-eclamptic patients, in the gynecology service of the Hospital "Alfredo Noboa Montenegro", May 2016 - May 2017. Design and methodology. In the present investigation Project was carried out with study a retrospective, documental, descriptive and transversal with the purpose of accomplish the objectives set for the elaboration of this project, using as a data collection instrument the review and evaluation of clinical histories, the same ones that we will allow to evaluate the Guidelines for clinical practice of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy taking into consideration 26 patients diagnosed with preeclampsia. Results Once the observation guide has been applied in the study of the Clinical Histories of diagnostic patients with preeclampsia, it allowed to evidence that there are few parameters applied in the guide of hypertensive disorders by the health personnel who work in the gynecology service of the Hospital "Alfredo Noboa Montenegro "of the City of Guaranda. Conclusions It is concluded that in most of the clinical histories reviewed during the study period, it allowed to identify that according to the recommendations suggested by the guide of hypertensive disorders, the percentage representing the application of parameters and adequate management of preeclamptic patients is very low by the health personnel of the Hospital "Alfredo Noboa Montenegro" |
