Resumo:This work research prior to obtaining the title of bachelor's degree in basic education, is very important because it makes a real analysis on the knowledge of sex education on the teaching-learning process of the seventh year of basic general education of school students "Armando couple colonel of the enclosure cocoa Mata", province of los Rios, Babahoyo canton. In order to collect the data I used the technique of the survey that is aimed at students, teachers and parents, to make replicable practices of these results, focusing on four chapters that detail them the following: chapter I. refers to the scientific and conceptual referential theory which allowed me to take a general look of all the contents that I define the following: there are some key concepts regarding learning as: teaching, learning, education, sexuality, sex education, puberty, affection, desire, attraction, love, contraception, etc. In chapter II. Discuss the methodological strategies within a mutual agreement between students, authority and parents. Within the characteristic features of this study, are highlighted in the first place: its projection in the form of a study of field and experimental not because that was the site where the object under investigation, is located became known in this way more in-depth, the problem, which gives greater security in the handling of data. In chapter III. the analysis and interpretation of the problem in reality is for the purpose well describe them, interpret them, understand their nature and constitutional factors, explain their cause and effects or predict their occurrence, making use of characteristic of any paradigms or known approaches to research methods or in development. This study is of transverse type; as set out in the period 2010-2011. Tables and statistical graphs which allowed establishing the conclusions and recommendations were developed. The methods used were the inductive - deductive because they allowed me to study the problem from an overall analysis with which I was unable to determine several factors. The scientific method offered me the rules indicating its procedure, from the approach of the problem; formulation of hypotheses, collecting the information; analysis and interpretation of data; verification of the hypothesis and the dissemination of results. Chapter IV. It refers to the proposal on the current nature of facts, phenomena and rational interpretation and analysis of the objective with the aim that improved knowledge on sexuality, responding to events that have led to the knowledge of sex education in the teaching learning process.
