Ամփոփում:The present research work has the purpose of proposing a Strategic Plan to increase sales in the commercialization of books, newspapers, magazines and office supplies in the company S&S Sinmaleza Sánchez Cía. Ltda; the problem was posed as follows: How does the Strategic Plan influence the increase of sales in the company S&S Sinmaleza Sánchez Cía. Ltda. in the city of Guaranda, Bolivar Province, year 2023? In the same way, the General Objective was established: To propose a Strategic Plan for the increase of sales in the Company S&S Sinmaleza Sánchez Cía. Ltda. in the city of Guaranda, Bolívar Province, year 2023. For the effective development of this work the quantitative and qualitative methods were used, on the other hand the instruments and techniques and investigation were used, such as the survey directed to all the S&S personnel, while the interview was applied to the General Manager of the company, as for the analysis and interpretation of the obtained results it was determined that it is necessary the implementation of the Strategic Plan that will allow the improvement and increase of the commercialization of its products, and at the same time the Strategic Directioning: Mission, Vision, Values, Policies and Principles, allowing those who make up S&S to have knowledge of what is the raison d'être of the company, and thus involving them in a participatory environment, since thanks to all these elements it is expected to have significant changes, providing solutions to existing problems and thus achieve the desired success.
