| Résumé: | The research work entitled "Strengthening the organizational climate in the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Guaranda canton (GAD-CG), Bolívar province, year 2022", whose objective was to analyze the incidence of the organizational climate. So, to propose a viable solution to the problem, in the first place, it was based on those respective theoretical foundations since it contributed in such a positive way to the improvement of the organizational climate of the GAD-CG, once the problem had been analyzed, the following methods were used: of research as descriptive and correlational, qualitative and quantitative, also to carry out the respective survey, the survey technique and observation were used as main instruments, the questionnaire was carried out since it consists of a series of questions, these methods and types of investigation It was a very feasible way to use them since it helped us to obtain the required information and in this way it was possible to write the conclusions and recommendations. A Management Model was also carried out to Improve the Organizational Climate in the Decentralized Autonomous Government - Guaranda Canton. All the findings found during the investigation process will serve all the administrative staff and directors of the GAD-CG, in itself all that helps so that they can make a good decision that directly benefits the employees and the institution. However, to gather information, the opinion of the people who work in the Municipality was collected, all regarding the organizational climate, for the collection of all this information it will be applied through surveys and observation. |
