| الملخص: | This research analyzes the incidence and impact of Boreout syndrome in the administrative staff of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of Guaranda canton, Bolivar province for the year 2024, this syndrome is characterized by loss of interest, exhaustion and chronic boredom of activities because they are considered boring and unnecessary, increasing the perception of uselessness in work tasks, these factors represent an emerging problem that affects the productivity of the organization and the welfare of administrative employees. This study was developed under the mixed methodology under the qualitative and quantitative approaches, surveys to administrative personnel were applied as data collection instruments in order to identify the prevalence of Boreout and its influence on the motivation of employees. The results showed significant percentages where they experience monotony, lack of data and waste of skills, with repercussions on the decreasing emotions and commitment at work. The research highlights the importance of implementing organizational strategies and techniques for the promotion of a dynamic and stimulating work environment, suggests the diversification of activities, continuous training and opportunity for professional growth to counteract the effects of Boreout, this research seeks to contribute to the improvement of human talent management in the public sector, promoting ideal working conditions. |
