Análisis de los procedimientos de la gestión del talento humano y su incidencia en el clima organizacional del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de la provincia Bolívar, en el año 2018

The research work entitled "Analysis of Human Talent Management Procedures and their impact on the Organizational Climate of the Bolivar Autonomous Decentralized Government, Year 2018", aimed to analyze the procedures of human talent management in the GADPB and as it affects the organizational climate, including the institution and employees of the province. To propose a viable solution to the problem, we proceeded to establish theoretical bases that I contribute in the formulation of strategies to improve the organizational climate, analyzing the described problem, the following methods have been used: deductive, inductive and analytical, as well as the research was applied documentary, descriptive and field, these methods and types of research was feasible to use them to obtain the information and reach the conclusions and recommendations as well as the formulation of strategies for each element of the procedures of human talent management. All the findings found during the research process will be used by administrative personnel and managers to make decisions that benefit the institution. A diagnosis will be made of the current situation of the institution, of the managers, administrative personnel, analysis of the management procedures that apply; However, information and opinion of the staff working in the GADPB workshop on the organizational climate were collected, the survey of all this information will be applied through surveys, interviews and analysis of the institution's information and the suggestions collected from the people surveyed, the strategies for the use of procedures and information analysis of the institution Keywords: Organizational climate, human talent management, procedures, methods, strategies
