| 总结: | The great technological development that has occurred and accelerated incorporation in education, have been one of the fundamental pillars for the realization of this research that assisted educational innovation is studied by information technologies and ICTs to improve communication the ability of understanding the freshmen baccalaureate educational unit " Chillanes " Use and take advantage of technological tools in the teaching-learning process is not easy for teachers to use ICT in education means that teachers need certain skills to achieve educational innovation in their classes. The use of ICTs in various subjects taught in the first year of unified general baccalaureate, is more organized by teachers, given that ICTs are rarely used due to the lack of implementation of technological tools educational institutions, so this leads to a lack of preparation of teachers, fear of damaging the equipment and lack of knowledge of teaching methods including the use of ICT in the teaching-learning process. Negative aspects that help us to find important objectives to determine whether the study of educational innovation assisted in information technology and ICT communication, improve the ability of understanding, in freshmen high school. The research is a quasi-experimental, descriptive application in academic development processes in order to get the results approach: the general hypothesis was confirmed that pedagogical innovations assisted by ICTs enhance the capacity of understanding the freshmen baccalaureate. In conclusion, pedagogical innovation assisted by information technology and communication ICT to enhance the capacity of understanding is of priority xi importance as teachers in contact with these technological tools such as computer, projector and the Internet have positive effects in the capacity of student understanding, given that teachers learn technology certain technological capabilities that are permanent changes that occur in students. |
