添加標簽 | 總結: | The present project is a survey on the application of the Organic Law for the optimization and efficiency of administrative procedures within the Faculty of Law, Social and Political Sciences of the State University of Bolívar, where it is important to determine the execution of the constitutional principles of quality, efficiency, effectiveness and good treatment, within the administrative procedures, therefore, access to public services, including those of higher education, must be of quality. The research proposes a description of the application of the ibidem law by the authorities, civil servants and teachers, within the Faculty of Law, Social and Political Sciences of the State University of Bolívar. This research is a field analysis that aims to improve the administrative systems and attention to the beneficiaries of the educational service provided by the Bolívar State University, as well as being able to carry out on-site research with a mixed method (qualitative and quantitative) because it will be possible to interpret the actions of the subjects and describe the study problems that arise in the administrative procedures carried out by the Faculty.
