Samenvatting:The project EVALUATION OF EXPERIMENTAL PRACTICES IN EXTERNAL ENVIRONMENTS, CAREER NURSING. UNIVERSIDAD ESTATAL DE BOLÍVAR. PERIODO APRIL- AUGUST 2018, arises with the purpose of evaluating the development of practices of application and experimentation in external environments, in the Career of Nursing of the State University of Bolivar in the period April-August 2018, being this the general objective of the investigation. Based on the fact that the research work seeks to know the level of performance of the PAE, the execution time and the place where the practices of application and experimentation are carried out in external environments of this type of requirement is considered descriptive - exploratory as also a field investigation applying a survey to both teachers and students who have been the people who have directly intervened in this process. Going to establish that: in the period April-August of 2018, 54 subjects were taught, of which 26 teachers presented the syllabus programming, only 23 decided to collaborate in the application of the surveys where according to the answers given it is determined that 13 teachers in According to their opinion, if they carried out the planning, they argued that this type of practice has been carried out by their students in: hospitals, laboratories, health centers and some places such as: visits to gerontological centers, radio program, virtual environments and others, for two weeks where the first starts from May 21 to 25 and while the second is from July 16 to 20, according to the students 74% consider that the PAE always contributes knowledge development while 85% state that they have been able to acquire skills and skills during the practice period of application and experimentation in external environments, reaching to define that the strength is to have regulations that regulate this type of training activities and weakness is the inexistence of a budget.
