| Tóm tắt: | Objective: To elaborate the Nursing Care Process for the prevention of Gestational Hypertensive Disorders based on the Nola Pender Model in users who come to the type A Salinas health center. Methodology: Descriptive research of descriptive-cross-sectional design, in which 30 pregnant women participated, to whom the survey was applied, consisting of 20 multiple-choice questions and 5 nurses (3 graduates and 2 nursing interns) to whom a survey was applied in the same way. of 20 multiple choice questions. The respective tabulation of the results was carried out through the Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word program, tables and graphs were used for the presentation of the results, and the analysis and interpretation were related to the research background. Results: The surveyed women have a regularly healthy eating practice, physical activity is not a habitual practice, stress management is little practiced because it is limited by lack of time, work and exposure to frequent problems, they do not involve their relatives in health care, they go to ask for medical support only in situations that have not been resolved at home, they find it difficult to identify danger signs, most women are unaware of complications in pregnancy and very rarely continue the instructions of health personnel. A total of 135 points were obtained according to the Nola Pender Lifestyle Profile, with the deficit lifestyle prevailing. In addition, a nursing care process was designed based on the NANDA, NIC, NOC taxonomies based on the lifestyles identified in pregnant women.
