Work was carried out on the following objectives such as developing a feasibility study for the creation of a craft wine production plant from blackberry in the city of Guaranda Provincia Bolívar in 2019, which also identified the demand and supply of the through a market study for the determination of our potential consumers of blackberry wine, more than just the technical requirements such as production cost, administrative, economic feasibility through an economic study for the correct decision-making and investment in the project, to check whether the project is viable, areas were analyzed: economic, social and environmental. The methodology used for the development of the feasibility study details the type of research, methods, research tools, population and sample, determining a specific market segment to offer the product. It is concluded that producers agree to be our suppliers and citizens are happy to consume an innovative product such as blackberry wine, for this it was recommended to implement the feasibility project because it would contribute to the socio-economic development in the canton |
