Work was carried out on the following objectives such as developing a feasibility study for the creation of a craft wine production plant from blackberry in the city of Guaranda Provincia Bolívar in 2019, which also identified the demand and supply of the through a market study for the determination of our potential consumers of blackberry wine, more than just the technical requirements such as production cost, administrative, economic feasibility through an economic study for the correct decision-making and investment in the project, to check whether the project is viable, areas were analyzed: economic, social and environmental. The methodology used for the development of the feasibility study details the type of research, methods, research tools, population and sample, determining a specific market segment to offer the product. It is concluded that producers agree to be our suppliers and citizens are happy to consume an innovative product such as blackberry wine, for this it was recommended to implement the feasibility project because it would contribute to the socio-economic development in the canton |

Elisa Mariño de Carvajal en la ciudad de Guaranda, la intensión central es mejorar la calidad de vida de las familias de la comunidad de Guantug Cruz ya que ellos serán los proveedores de la materia prima, posterior a ello brindar un producto de calidad, a precios accesibles. Se trabajó en los siguientes objetivos como desarrollar un estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una planta productora de vino artesanal a partir de mora en la ciudad de Guaranda Provincia Bolívar año 2019, en donde también se identificó la demanda y oferta del proyecto mediante un estudio de mercado para la determinación de nuestros posibles consumidores de vino de mora, a más de ello se estableció los requerimientos técnicos como costo de producción, administrativo, factibilidad económica mediante un estudio económico financiero, para la correcta toma de decisiones e inversión en el proyecto, para comprobar si el proyecto es viable se analizaron ámbitos: económico, social y ambiental. La metodología que se utilizó para el desarrollo del estudio de factibilidad, se detalla el tipo de investigación, los métodos, los instrumentos de investigación, población y muestra, determinando un segmento de mercado específico para ofertar el producto. Se llegó a la conclusión que los productores están de acuerdo en ser nuestros proveedores y los ciudadanos están gustosos de consumir un producto innovador como el vino de mora, para ello se recomendó poner en práctica el proyecto de factibilidad porque aportara al desarrollo socioeconómico del cantón.Universidad Estatal de Bolívar.
