Responsabilidad social corporativa y su impacto en la gestión financiera de la empresa Movicell de la ciudad de Guaranda, período 2019 – 2020

The objective of this research was to analyze the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility on the financial management of the company "Movicell" in the city of Guaranda, period 2019 - 2020, for which a methodology was established with a quantitative and qualitative approach, of descriptive and correlational type, the information was collected through the application of surveys, interviews and observation records. The results revealed that the company lacks corporate social responsibility policies due to ignorance of the subject, in the same way, it was identified that the company does not have an analysis of financial indicators that allow knowing the financial reality of the company and its management, however, through the Spearman Correlation analysis, it was possible to verify that the study variables have a very high positive relationship. It is concluded that, in the company, they lack knowledge about corporate social responsibility, however, the company carries out few activities focused on social benefit and care for the environment, but these activities are not disseminated, as well as, it was identified that the company does not it has a financial analysis, since it does not have financial tools such as financial indicators.
