Додати тег | Резюме: | The research work called "The Organizational Structure and its impact on the Socioeconomic Development of the Merchants' Association of the Shopping Center Siete Colinas of the Guaranda Canton, 2018"; it is executed with the purpose of improving the Organizational Structure, which promotes socio-economic development and therefore the quality of life of the associates; the investigative process is made up of five chapters; in the first, the summary, problem statement, background, formulation of the problem, description of the problem, directing questions, justification and objectives are developed; in the second, the referential framework that includes the theoretical, conceptual, legal, historical, current and technological situation is established; in the third chapter the methods used in the investigative process are established as: inductive, deductive, scientific, historical-logical; the type of research is descriptive and field-oriented; the techniques applied for the data collection are the surveys directed to the merchants and interviews focused on the managers; in the fourth, the data processing, analysis and interpretation of the surveys and interviews carried out with the traders and managers of the Siete Colinas Shopping Center respectively; In the fifth, the proposal for an Organizational Structure for the Socioeconomic Development of the Merchants of the Siete Colinas Shopping Center of the Guaranda Canton is developed, establishing the corporate image, organizational chart, functions manual, obligations and responsibilities, which allows to optimize the resources, increase the sales and improve communication between managers and partners.
