Lasit fáddágilkoriid | Čoahkkáigeassu: | The research project called "SCIENTIFIC ACADEMIC PRODUCTION AND RESEARCH OF THE TEACHERS OF THE FACULTY OF HEALTH SCIENCES AND THE HUMAN BEING YEARS 2018, 2019 AND 2020", is carried out in order to demonstrate the scientific production of teachers for being a CACES evaluation criterion, sub-criterion and indicator. The main objective of the research is to identify the scientific academic production and research of the teachers of the Faculty of Health Sciences and the Human being years 2018, 2019 and 2020, which will serve for future evaluations. According to the methodology used, the research level is quantitative, descriptive, Documentary and transversal, due to its non-experimental design. The population object of study are the professors of the Nursing and Engineering in Disaster Risks years 2018, 2019 and 2020, sample selection is not applied, in this case the object of study will be the universes of each year. Results. The nursing career in the study period has a value of 0.46 in its scientific production indicator, thus having an unsatisfactory performance, as regards regional production it has a value of 0.70; in this case, compliance with the indicator is Quasi Satisfactory. On the other hand, in what corresponds to the Disaster Risk Engineering career, it has a value of 0.07 with poor compliance in terms of world production. In addition, as regards regional production, it obtained a value of 1.25, with satisfactory compliance. Regarding the indicator for the evaluation of the papers presented by the research professors of the Nursing career, it obtains a score of 0.3, which corresponds to poor compliance. While the Disaster Risk Engineering career obtained a value of 0.80, compliance with the indicator is Quasi Satisfactory. The CACES for the indicator presentation mentions that teachers must participate in the presentation of the progress or results of their research, on a specific topic, in national or international academic or scientific events, published in the memories of said events. (CEAACES, 2017, p. 39). From the research carried out, it is concluded that, although the scientific production and research of the Faculty of Health Sciences and the Human Being has increased in recent years, in some of the indicators it turns out to be deficient. As a result of this study, it is recommended that the authorities make decisions regarding the increase of the scientific production of the faculty in question |
