Qualitative and quantitative methods were used to evaluate the negative aspects of internal communication between employees and employer, along with surveys and interviews directed at internal staff to collect relevant qualitative and quantitative data. The results led to the implementation of a communication plan that includes training and implementation of official channels, with the objective of strengthening the values and relationships between the company's personnel. |
