Se utilizaron métodos cualitativo y cuantitativo para evaluar los aspectos negativos de la comunicación interna entre empleados y empleador, junto con encuestas y entrevistas dirigidas al personal interno para recopilar datos cualitativos y cuantitativos relevantes.
