It is a fundamental right that children and adolescents have when it comes to the right to food, since our legislation protects it, as well as international standards, which is intended to be the legal basis in order to guarantee the development of children and adolescents. The obligation to provide food to minors is the parents or whoever is in charge, which, this pension must be sufficient so that they can meet all the basic needs they need to have a decent life. In our country, the establishment of alimony is carried out according to the table that was designed by the Ministry of Inclusion, Economic and Social, for which only the basic salary that is in force is taken into account, as well as the conditions that the obligor or whoever has the minor have. Within the development of the research work we will explain the circumstances that should occur in mercantilism for the establishment of alimony that is consistent with meeting the needs of the child and adolescent on the part of the mother.
