So we considered the benefits transcend the same to improve the quality of life of people, demonstrating how healthy it is to do and how to raise self-esteem of those who practice in order to give a more useful and healthy leisure time use. The Bailo therapy is a sports recreational activity that is little known in the sector. Given the above, we decided to undertake this project to bring everybody theoretical knowledge necessary to know that in this way the benefits of the practice of it to health. (Valladares, 2014) Listen to music the body finds it very stimulating, it makes slightly increase heart rate and blood pressure, releases adrenaline, which makes it ideal for a sprint to the rhythm of work or to fight boredom. The music, by acting on the central nervous system, promotes the production of endorphins and is known to motivate and raise these energies to meet the challenges of life as they produce joy and optimism; reduce pain and help stimulate the experiences of existential well-being and satisfaction, improve concentration and attention, it enhances memory, reduces feelings of stress, improves mood and makes enjoyable tasks. For the work I dance therapy exercises that use dance accompanied by music as a core activity are made, and the steps of low and high impact of Musical Gymnastics Aerobic, knowing that dancing is one of the oldest therapies constituting an alternative therapy. A point in favor of Bailo therapy is that practically no specific age or sex to perform it, the people can practice in aged 9 to 99 years because it can involve all feel good. There is a new trend in exercise for those seeking abate, tone muscles and dance. It's called therapy rumba. The routine is dancing for 45 minutes a variety of rhythms in order to burn calories and strengthen muscles in a simple and entertaining way. "We started with an easy to stretch and relax muscles routine for 10 minutes. Then dance", each rhythm acts on specific areas of the body, including in the joint exercise fails. For example, the sauce invigorates arms, merengue affects the lumbar region waist. Most important of rumba therapy is that it does not cause fatigue that a series of exercises. "People say you have lazy to do 30 minutes of walking and 30 more weight. That makes prearranged come fatigue". Another benefit is that it improves fitness and blood circulation through movements of low impact, ideal for those not accustomed to exercise "All steps use the weight and strength of the body without additional charges. Problems like varicose veins can also provide the body agility and dancing skills as "improving. This therapy has no contraindications, since each person works according to their physical strength. "A treadmill requires 15 minutes to start burning calories. Here, in the second song, all the muscles are working. And if people are tired, just switched to slower rhythms like bachata and vallenato to relax muscles and prevent contractures ". (Verónica, 2011)
