Gaia:The growth of cooperatives in Ecuador has allowed to occupy an important place in the financial system, developing the standard of living of middle and lower class, based on the principles of solidarity, democracy and equality. The theme on the identification of a system of performance indicators that contribute to the innovation of the credit union San Jose Ltda. Canton San José de Chimbo, after a study on the problems found in the financial institution was based on the information gathering knowledge of the study variables through methods such as observation and surveys, the same that were practiced to officials and legal representatives of the credit institution. Besides the problem was solved within the institution by identifying a set of indicators, that being a key decision making on innovation instrument served as a tool that allowed control the level of efficiency, effectiveness and quality by analyzing each indicator fulfilling its objectives and purposes for which it was created. In conclusion ends the identification of management indicators enabled the organization to know the variable of its activities through the determination of the variability of their business operations, commercial in which the partners involved with their order of loans, deposits savings or any financial service provided by the Cooperative
