Tóm tắt: | Administrative Management is to correctly carry out the activities within a company, guaranteeing a better use of all resources and thereby generating effectiveness. The main objective of this research was to carry out the study of Administrative Management and its incidence in the positioning of the microenterprise "Virgen del Cisne Washing Machine and Lubricator". The methodology for carrying out the study is field, since the site was visited to verify the operation of the entire microenterprise in administrative and operational terms. Analyzing the results through research instruments such as the survey and interview, a real diagnosis of the establishment was achieved. Once the real state of the microenterprise was determined, the Robert Quinn Administrative Management model was taken as a reference, which consists of three fundamental axes that will be of great help during the preparation of the proposal, this model will facilitate the management of the activities and strategies that served as support and support to the business, achieving a greater positioning within the market, based on this investigation, we proceeded with the elaboration of the four approaches of the Robert Quinn Administrative Management model, where each of the specific activities that must be carried out within the establishment, to improve and increase the positioning, with the implementation of competitive advantages before the present competitors. Once the work is done, the main objective is positioning through profitability, sustainability, and image of the microenterprise.
