| Özet: | This research work has been carried out in the Education Career of the State University of Bolívar to design a guide that helps to make curricular adaptations for intellectual disability in the students of the Basic Education Career, of the State University of Bolívar, Canton Guaranda, Bolívar Province, period 2021-2022. This research is qualitative, descriptive, the population is the totality of students and teachers of the Basic Education Career, the sample has been chosen at convenience, an interview was conducted with a research teacher of Academic Management of the UEB and three teachers of the Basic Education Career. In addition, a Herrmann Brain Dominance Test was performed on the eighth cycle student of the Basic Education Career who has Intellectual Disability, from which it was obtained that the dominance is of the upper right hemisphere of 39%. It is essential in the higher education system that teachers design strategies around se related to intellectual disability, which have been detected in the group of students, so that a quality and warm education can be provided, which is a right enshrined in the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, that guarantees inclusive access to the Ecuadorian education system. To do this, teachers must develop a full range of didactic skills in their teaching practice, mainly Curricular Adaptations. |
