La gestión de ventas y su incidencia en la cartera vencida de almacenes Arcos, ciudad de Guaranda provincia Bolívar año 2023.

This research work is focused on the main problem that appliance stores have at present, especially Almacen Arcos, since it has an overdue portfolio due to the lack of a thorough analysis of customers in terms of the credit process offered by the store, the main factor being the ability to pay and guarantees, as a result of which we obtain a very significant delinquency in the store, evidencing an inadequate administration and execution of the overdue portfolio by the store's employees. The research work called "Sales management and its impact on the overdue portfolio of Almacen Arcos, city of Guaranda Province Bolivar year 2023", presents its relevance since there is a high degree of delinquency, causing this to affect the financial indicators of the store, with this research we will make a diagnosis on the current situation of the overdue portfolio that the store is going through and the impact on profitability, what were the causes and effects, also apply the inductive research method to verify the incidence of delinquency of the store. Necessary techniques will be used to access customer information such as surveys and interviews, such information will be tabulated and compiled to perform the analysis in the strategy for sales management in the overdue portfolio.
