Izvleček:The changes suffered by the media have been evident over the years, evolving or disappearing is one of the clearest problems that must be taken into account, a new structure and way of doing radio is also within the probabilities so as not to lose their validity, in the case of the ex-radio Surcos these criteria were taken into consideration. The new proposal in name and programming that is directed to inform and entertain with new ways of doing radio applying new tools and strategies. For the development of the research, the bibliographic review was applied to determine which are the optimal study models and the variables are generated to reach the point of focus of a qualitative nature and based on this, to know how much acceptance the informative programs generated by the RS 97.5 FM. As a means of communication, the environment is favorable with a positive spectrum of radio listeners, the informative and RS in the community are the informative broadcasts with favorable numbers. Authors such as López Vigil, Tesla in their works design and explain how the way of communicating through electromagnetic waves was born and contributed to society. The new way of doing radio was changing and showing its adaptation to the different target audiences, migrating to new platforms, creating quality content with radio structures adapted to the target audiences.
